SignalWealth vs. GoHighLevel: Which Fits Your Practice
GoHighLevel is a strong agency platform. SignalWealth is built for one kind of business: financial advisors and insurance agents. Here's where each one actually fits, based on their own published pricing.

I've spent twenty-four years in this business, and I run my own practices on this kind of software every day, including GoHighLevel. This isn't a hit piece. GoHighLevel is a powerful platform, and for some advisors it's the right one. Here's where each one fits, based on what each company publishes about its own product.
Who Each Platform Is Built For
GoHighLevel is built for marketing agencies. An agency buys it, sets up sub-accounts, and resells it to clients in any industry. That's why it can do almost anything, and it's also why you end up building almost everything yourself.
SignalWealth is built for one kind of business: financial advisors and insurance agents. The automations, the client care, the compliance, and the content all start from that.
What the Price Tags Actually Cover
On sticker price, they're close. SignalWealth's CRM is $89 a month for up to three people. GoHighLevel's starter plan is $97 a month for three sub-accounts, then $297 for unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro. SignalWealth's plans with the Content Studio are Signal, Signature, and Persona, at $199, $399, and $549 at founder pricing. Both run month to month if you want. SignalWealth gives you thirty days to try it; GoHighLevel gives you fourteen.
A lot of the basics are a wash. Both include a CRM with pipelines, tasks, and a calendar. Both have missed call text back. Both have built-in e-signatures with a signer certificate. Both sync two ways with Outlook, and both let you connect ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant. If that list is all you need, choose on price and on how much setup work you want to do yourself. The real difference isn't the sticker price, it's usage.
Where the Bills Split: Texting, Calls, and Email
GoHighLevel meters texting at roughly three-quarters of a cent per segment, sent or received, plus carrier fees, plus $1.15 a month for the number, plus a registration fee and a monthly fee for each texting campaign. Calls are billed by the minute. None of that is outrageous, but it's hard to predict from the sticker price alone.
SignalWealth Phone is $29 a month on the CRM and Signal plans, and it's included with Signature and Persona. That covers 500 texts and 500 call minutes a month. After that, it's three cents each, plus a one-time $49 carrier registration fee. That's a number you can budget around.
Email is one place GoHighLevel comes out ahead. They charge 67.5 cents per thousand emails. SignalWealth includes 5,000 to 25,000 emails a month depending on your plan, then charges $3 per thousand, and shows you the cost before you send. If you mail a list of fifty thousand people every week, GoHighLevel's pricing is better on that line item. Most practices don't send that volume, but if yours does, it matters.
Content: A Blank Page vs. What You've Already Said
GoHighLevel gives you AI writing tools. That helps, but it's still a blank page. You decide what to say, write it, cut the video, and post it.
SignalWealth starts from what you've already said. Upload a webinar, a seminar, a podcast, or a Zoom call where you explain something well. The studio finds the moments that stand on their own, cuts them into captioned shorts in your brand, builds a full episode, and drafts articles and newsletters. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Client Care and Compliance
GoHighLevel has a birthday trigger. SignalWealth comes with ready-made automations for birthdays, policy anniversaries, annual reviews, and RMD season, worked out from each client's birth year with the deadline already filled in. You switch them on; you don't build them. Clients also get a portal on Signal and above for sharing documents securely and booking time with you. GoHighLevel's branded client portal app is $49 a month per sub-account.
In SignalWealth, every email and every text is archived on the client's record permanently. Every piece of content has an approval log, and you can label AI-made video as AI-generated. GoHighLevel doesn't state anything about financial compliance. They do sell a HIPAA mode at $297 a month, aimed at healthcare, not advisors.
If anyone ever asks what you sent a client, you want the answer in one place.
Websites, Funnels, and Connecting Your Other Tools
Websites and funnels are GoHighLevel's home turf. They include a full website and funnel builder, and they'll host WordPress for you. If you like building landing pages, that's a real point in their favor.
SignalWealth gives you your own website on your own domain from the Signal plan up. You fill in your words and publish, your studio articles and videos keep it fresh, and it's already wired to your forms, booking, and texting. It's not a funnel builder. If you want a fully custom site, SignalWealth will design and build it for you.
Both platforms work with Zapier and Make; SignalWealth also works with N8N. SignalWealth includes webhooks on every plan: thirteen CRM events sent and signed, plus an inbound lead link that adds the contact, tags them, and starts an automation. GoHighLevel has outbound webhooks built into its workflows, but the inbound webhook trigger is a premium feature, and API access starts on the $297 plan.
Which One Fits Your Practice
Choose GoHighLevel if you run an agency reselling software to businesses across industries. It's also a strong choice if you want a full website and funnel builder in the same tool, or if you send very large email volumes. And if you need a mobile app today, GoHighLevel has one; SignalWealth's is coming but isn't here yet.
Choose SignalWealth if you're an advisor or agent who wants content made from your own voice and expertise, not templates. Choose it if you want the client portal, texting, and yearly client care in the same system as your contacts, if you want every email and text kept on the client's record, and if you'd rather not spend weeks building workflows from scratch.
